Are You Suffering From Aluminum Poisoning? By Ladymermaid
THE SILENT ENEMY
Aluminum is a substance that is not internally required by any living creatures, and yet it is found i
n abundance throughout our world, and in the products that we use and ingest. Aluminum is not healthy for any life forms. It causes damage to almost all types of living tissue and has a tendency to accumulate largely in the brain and bones.
Thankfully some companies are now reducing their aluminum usage, but aluminum was used in the past and can still be found, in many of these products: Baking powder, food colorings, self rising flour, salt, buffered aspirin, some antacids, beverages or foods in aluminum cans, cereal products, many over the counter and prescription drugs, toothpaste and in particular in tooth whitening toothpaste, antiperspirants, cosmetics, body lotions and creams, shampoos and conditioners, lip balms, soaps, sunscreens and suntan lotions. Always read the labels on the products that you use.
Be aware that salt has not been required to list its ingredients and yet may contain aluminum. Other products may list aluminum as alum or as a compound such as silicoaluminate. This may be deceiving you into thinking you have found safer food solutions.
Using aluminum pots and pans, or cooking and storing food using aluminum foil increases the amount of aluminum that your body ingests, also many city water purification processes use aluminum sulfate to clarify the very water that you drink! Aluminum contamination can even be found in the air that you breath.
A very scary thought is that aluminum is present in antipersperants that you wear for extended periods of time. This means that this toxic substance is absorbed by your body for extended periods of time.
Aluminum also has the ability to pass through the placenta from mother to fetus, so poisoning can occur in a child, even before birth occurs.
Make yourself aware of the amount of aluminum that you are exposed to. This aluminum poisoning of the human system is resulting in very serious health issues and many people are unaware that the ill health effects that they are suffering from are actually aluminum poisoning.
If you suffer from a lack of ability to concentrate, from forgetfulness, depression, fatigue, anxiety or anger management issues, ADHD (attention deficit disorder), fibromyalgia, Alzheimer's disease, muscle weakness, breathing disorders, bowel and urinary dysfunction, thyroid dysfunction, heart palpitations or chronic pain then the reason may be that you have ingested more aluminum than your body can handle. Do you have an abnormal sensitivity to hot and cold temperatures or an oversensitivity to light, darkness, noise, movement, aromas or other environmental stimuli?

If you have any of these above mentioned symptoms or illnesses then you might be suffering from aluminum poisoning.
DETOXIFY:
Reducing the aluminum levels in your body can be done in a number of ways:
1. Reduce the amount of aluminum that you ingest and also reduce your exposure to this element whenever possible.
2. Block its absorption with calcium, magnesium or iron.
3. Detoxify your body with a physician prescribed or pharmacist recommended program of 200 to 2400 mg of malic acid combined with 300 to 600 gr of magnesium for a period of four to eight weeks. (Malic acid is found naturally in apples! Maybe the old saying that, an apple a day keeps the doctor away, has some validity to it.)
4. Eat foods that are sulfur rich as these help your body to eliminate aluminum. Some helpful foods are: garlic, cabbage, beans, egg yolks and onions.
Our bodies often need help in ridding themselves of the toxins that we ingest, if you suspect that you may have aluminum poisoning, please give yours the help that it may need.
Always discuss health issues and any alternative treatments you are considering with your physician.
